For the front, the sunken in midface, bulbousy nose with narrow lips are pretty bad, as well as ur eyes short pfl's, and monolids with no lashes and not very thick brows. You also have a pretty short lower third. The solution to this is a trimax, where you get a lefort 1, bsso, and vertical genioplasty. That should give you a good base for other soft tissue work. If youre in puberty focus on ur diet, sleep, and exercise. Look into pharmacology if youd like.
