When I would eat I would eat literally goyslop like chips and ice cream and shit, I would go days without more than 30g of protein. Now I usually just stick to beef, rice, chicken, pasta, Greek yogurt, fruit, etc.what was ur diet before vs after

A lot of it was carbs with chicken eggs chicken as protein. Carbs would be rice but then I started having stomach problems so I started to fine some good pasta and fruits. I would track my cals until I started to gauge myself how much I should be eating. I’m 6ft so I had to eat 3200cals but it’s prob different from you. I also started to develop my facial muscles by first understanding how to use them then slight resistance or just flexing them throught the day.i wanna gain weight like u what did u eat
