Only way to lighten skin is through bleaching with shit like hydrogen peroxide but it is so dangerous.

Most downsung noses I have personally seen are from poor facial growth but mine is that’s characteristic bump with the dip.
My dad is ACTUALLY recessed and we have the exact same nose but it looks a lot bigger on him because his face is recessed overall

no it is done by cw rotation of the occlusion plane a simple genio wont solve ur occlusion plane but bimax with cw rotation will absolutely make ur chin better and u can throw in a genio with the surgery aswell
