I grew an inch this year and I was taking melatonin so maybe it’s not cope…

I want to found out how I grew cause I went from 5”10 to 5”11.5 and I’m 20 in feb

Only melatonin and magnesium and vitamin E is good

Remove the 5htp. Because according to Ray peat serotonin is not good and you should rather focus on minimising serotonin , not increasing it

Remove the cuckwagandha too it's bunk and does nothing

You mean Melatonin for its effect on sleep quality? Or how could I generate HGH?

Idk it was years ago I read the studies Google "melatonin hgh" if you can be arsed to go through those studies and see how much exactly they consumed
