Rate my supplement stack and tell me if there is something I should add/remove.

Not gonna take steroids jfl.

1. Creatine Monohydrate

2. Vitamin D3

3. Ashwagandha

4. Collagen (mainly for skin)

5. Vitamin C

6. Zinc

Take magnesium glycinate with it, without magnesium vitamin D3 can’t work, also take K2 because it will transfer the calcium from the arteries to the bones.

I heard this is kinda a scam.

alr thanks bro, gonna buy omega 3 pills soon but for the caffeine pills can i just drink black coffee instead? usually drink 2-3 cups of black coffee a day because it has zero calories and caffeine

Ya you can drink black coffee I just like pill because no bad breath or stained teeth

400-600mg elemental magnesium
10000 IUs of D3
200 mcg K2

For copper and Zinc, the ratio should be around 8:1, if supplemented. I take a pill each of these, or sometimes eat beef liver:

ZINC CARNOSINE
