Vitamin c Megadose - 1000mg
Vitamin D - 1000 IU
Zinc - 15mg
Magnesium - 375mg
Creatine - 5g

trying to improve skin from Hyperpigmentation sun damage from living in Africa for a while and improve bones structure and gain muscle. Any Tips?
 
Very basic stack, i am skeptical about the Vitamin D supplementation.

you need k2 if you want bone growth and repairing sun damage is incredibly hard you need to be trying your best to stop it from getting worse wear spf
