All of them aside from Vitamin D, Magneisum, and maybe Potassium are cope imo.
The rest are either already easy to get if you have a proper diet, or they just won't do anything.
And if you don't have a good diet then you're not looksmaxxing.

I wouldn't bother with any of them aside from Vitamin D personally.
Also I'd take MSM but I've heard that it can lower IGF levels so maybe wait til you're done growing.
