Rate + Surgery Advice (Is it over?)

Will i be able to be fully covered by insurance for a bimax and rhinoplasty. I wrote my issues down below.

Its hard to tell whether my nose looks like shit due to genetics or just my maxilla being so recessed.

Do i need a djs or just a lefort 1. Is the rhino necessarily or would the lefort make it better?

-Using Invisalign and rubber bands currently
-Class 3 underbite
-Sleep apnea (sleep study soon)
-Trouble breathing
-Loud snoring
-Deviated Septum
-Recessed maxilla


My palate is already wide so idk if marpe would be necessary. I had a palate expander as a kid.

rhino for sleep apnea seems super hard to get insured unless you have a known blockage

what doctor would sign off on that
