Rate+ surgery suggestion

So I've posted multiple rating multiple surgery threads and have narrowed down a few hence this thread I'm making to kinda sum it up for myself as well as to make another decision in terms of what to get.

For the most part I had been suggested genio+lip lift along with possible a fat graft for my undereyes, as of recently however I've been getting suggested a bimax ccw I've looked into all of them and the bimax especially ccw is pretty risky along with a more hefty price hence I want to ask one last time what people's thoughts are. What do I need to reach HTN

had a similar situation with jaw surgery when i was researching it heavily back in the day lol definitely get that risk/reward thing - gotta weigh all factors carefully and do your research on doctors etc bfore making any big decisions like this dude. gl OP hope you figure out what works best for ya!

Your chin is prominent but your gonial angle is unideal and maxilla is flat you need maxillary rotation

No I didn't what could they do for me? It's not like my natural bone structure will change much at all considering I'm 18

Yes i think its normal to have a slight overbite but still its a matter of millimeters, always good to meet a ortho
