It works if you stick it in deep enough (no sexual). But she must had her teeth whitened at least 1x professionally, impossible to get such white teeth with low dosed hydrogen peroxide like in the whitening strips / toothpaste.

Nahh depends. Two things are important for whitening, I talked about it with one of the best dentists in Europe.

1. your enamel must be as "thick" (english is not my native language) as possible, because that is the part of the tooth that is really white/slightly translucent.
2. dentin, which is the part of the tooth that sits under the enamel and is responsible for the yellow color in most people. It needs to be bleached, you won't get it completely white no matter how strong a medium you use, so point 1. in combination is so important.

Hydroxyapatite can help increase the enamel.

TLDR: Enamel must be made as thick as possible genetically and by hydroxyapatite. Dentin must be bleached as much as possible, hydrogen peroxide is very effective.
