Lauren Heike age 22. Apparently they do not know each other, she was walking near her home in a primarily white part of North Pheonix and the Kangz stabbed her to death. My guess is the Kangz saw her walking on the street, then tried to cold approach her, she ignored him, which pissed off the Kangz, and then he blacked her. The Kangz does not live in that neighboorhood, he was probably driving around looking for packages to steal.
