i got the same ntm ratio problem aswell, i just fraud it with lip liner i think its impossible to fix. ive seen people try to cut it but i dont think it works

used to read old threads here a long time ago about 3d printing this thing that you shove in ur mouth. apparently it works but it gives you nasiolabial folds.
