Honestly i just lost weight. I was 15-16 in the first two, now 17. Sometimes, i used topical corticosteroids on my nose to make it smaller, but i did that for like 2-3 weeks. About 1-2 weeks before the new photos focused on eyelid pulling, (lids for hooding, and that one exercise where you focus on that eye sphincter) and for a few months i tried paying more attention to my posture, and mewing. Also probably helps to know i was like, 36~ bmi in the old photos.

Though, if your worried about the nose, inflammation makes it more boulbus and round. Fat causes inflammation.
