Why not train the whole body. If my gym membership didnt get blocked i wouldve gone but im waiting to go with my brother

nah he already had mustache which is halfway through puberty, I think removing the glasses and debloating made him "ascend", maybe he went to gym and testosteron also helped him out but yh it's not much of an ascension, rather puberty + some lifestyle changes

train the whole body I'm not saying otherwise but for looks only your neck will matter cuz thats what most ppl can see on a cold night besides your biceps and frame ofc
