To me he just grew his facial hair and head hair and got contacts

You can see that his massaters grew a bit and his hair looks better, first pic is shit, and it looks like he got colored contacts

I mean, what are we doing here. Are you expecting jaw implants and canthoplasty on every post. I optimized my face decently. And still optimizing. Gonna get surgery soon.
I lost weight, dyed eyebrows, trimmed eyebrows better, grew and styled hair, grew facial hair (even though it’s not enough) Fixed coloring, added ccl.

I'd say grow your hair out as much as you can to hide the temporal width
