Did you just start doing everything you needed all at once? Were you able to stick to it consistently for the entire 9 months? Or did you gradually incorporate one thing or a couple things at a time? How hard was it to to do all those things? How did you manage to keep it going?

Yeah man tbh I really wanted to get a gf and new somthing had to be done. I completely changed to a carnivore diet with fruit for almost 9 months. This completely cleared my acne and helped with a bunch of other stuff. After I saw a little difference in the way I looked I started to do every softmax such as tan, whiten teeth, dye eyebrows, etc. It was not bad at all tbh bc I hated my self before. Thx for the comment and can you rate the before vs after as well.
