long story, he met her during a foreign exchange semester while i was still in our home country. he kinda stopped talking to me (as well as other friends back home) cuz he was spending so much time with her so i expressed not feeling like he was taking his friends seriously anymore. he interpreted that as jealousy. as in that we were jealous of how much of his time she was getting. my mental health kept on declining cuz i have no friends besides him so finally he didn't feel like he wanted to "carry the baggage of a toxic friend that would hold him down in his achievements"

i called my friend to tell him how i felt kinda betrayed by the whole hoes before bros thing, not knowing she was in the room with him hearing the full convo. luckily she doesn't speak our mother tongue so had to do it with the few english words that slipped in and the tone of the convo. she told him how badly she would love to punch me in the face afterwards, which my friend told me. i messaged her "heard u wanna punch me. we can get that settled. what's ur adress?" and then both her and my friend wanted to get the cops involved for "harrasment"

it still really hurts. i'm not gonna go on about how detrimental it was for my mental health cuz no one's probably interested in that. but i did trust him a lot. he never appeared as someone who'd "get no foids". it was his first gf, but he had had a fwb before and has plenty female friends
