I think you have great potential, and I believe puberty is going to take you very far.

You must keep the hair controlled and contained, I don't mean cut it, I just mean make sure it's never messy and low-effort, if you don't stay on top of this, it will significantly reduce your facial dimensions. Nice difference.

my health indicators are getting better as im on d uac which is clearing up my skin and nasiolabial folds, unfortunately my parents are vegan so I cant eat raw jfl, I usually eat blue rare steak, high animal fats, and sugar

You look pretty young, so I don’t want to completely discourage you, but honestly I don’t see much difference between the before and after. I think the main issue is your eye area lacking orbital support, giving you negative canthal tilt, your eyes are close-set (bad ipd) and your nose shape/size is unaesthetic, long philthrum and a very small skull. The only things you can realistically change is your eyebrow shape with grooming and hairstyle (since you have a small skull it makes it look even smaller). Im not gonna talk about acne since you need to be atleast lmtn to make a difference which you are not. I think this forum is great for people with a good base to start with but that excludes you, Every important surgery that might actually make a positive change with your face is very invasive and the risk of getting botched is very high. You look pretty young so I would suggest you to get off this site and try living your life the best you can.
If you think im saying this to be mean to you or anything like that go to the BOTB and find the ideal ratios thread. Calculate the ratios on your face and you will see too that you probably lack ALL the ratios in order to get an aesthetic looking face.

im giga-autistic with no social life jfl i wont be leaving anytime soon, im gonna try get into reselling because im tryna save up for test and proviron, I am training neck atm to increase my dimo and I will most likely get cantho when im 18 anyway, once my growth plates are fully fused and I've gotten every surgery I want I will finally rest, this is all my life is
