This routine is based off @combatingNorwooding post on gymmaxxing. I just put in more of my goals to have more of a model/ athletic build but basically the same. Just upper/lower. And yes, I used AI to create it because I’m not trying to fucking pull up Looksmax.org while in the gym.

Any advice is appreciated.
