This routine is based off @combatingNorwooding post on gymmaxxing. I just put in more of my goals to have more of a model/ athletic build but basically the same. Just upper/lower. And yes, I used AI to create it because I’m not trying to fucking pull up Looksmax.org while in the gym.😂

Any advice is appreciated.

How would you improve on it?🤔
2 working sets on compounds 3 on isolations is what I do.

If those sets are working sets and not warmups they are a bit too much, but if they are warmup sets it’s good.

This is great if you’re a beginner. But I really don’t get the idea of doing upper a and upper b with different exercise order

Also doing A and B in general is not great, choose exercises you enjoy and that you can progress on and keep getting strong on them, don’t alternate between them each workout.

This way you will get neural adaptation faster = the movement will be more biased towards your muscles and less for your coordination

It’s not the end of the world but it makes it more complicated for no reason and especially if you’re a beginner you shouldn’t overcomplicate things

If you wanna do more exercises then just lower the sets and add exercises, as simple as that. For example instead of doing 4 sets of rear delts fly and 4 sets of face pulls, do 2 sets of rear delts fly and 2 sets face pulls. This is a great approach
