So after holiday i gain a lot lf weight so i started starving again. I have like half kilo of meat everyday, wheter wild meat , fish whatever, if its lean i add some fat, and every other day i have some liver i dont eat anything during school or morning so i basically fast for 24 hours until around 17 when i eat again.

how many kg of fat did u gain??? Or was it just bloating?

I have eaten 1 kilo of lean meat everyday and it doesnt work without the fat i get horrible headache so i add some fat and cut the meat so that calories wont increase
 
I was around 74 and become 78 in one week now i dont know how much i weigh i will tell when i get home
If u feel like this is actually fat, u only need to burn 7kcal for every kg (Well, then u can cut calories however u want)
But I recommend that u just try debloat, fat is something that is difficult to accumulate

Trust me i gain fat super easily from carbs, even cheese and milk makes me fat i o ly eat meat

sad lol, I also avoid carbs. I usually use them for some physical activity :feelswah:

meat does have fat i meant like both fat and meat just 1800 cal instead of 1200 although varies on bw

When you eat carbs, your body turns them into something called glycogen, which it keeps in your muscles and liver

When you add more carbs, your body holds onto more water. simple

Also, that diet of yours is absolute shit. No wonder you keep binging after a while and putting all the weight back on :lul::lul::lul::feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

Yes i know that is why i said i have to weigh again and no its not shit the reason i "binged" is because i was on vacation and i get feed a lot from my family while when im at home i dont have that struggle

i fw it but if ur hungry u should eat more veg and fruits theyre low cal af
