If it makes you feel better i was ugly AF at 14 - 15. And then when i grew i up i looked normal

No they were both took at arms length
 
There is a differences but you look either bloated or with an higher BF% but i think there is improvement, you are young so you will get more improvement by just mewing alone.
Remember to have proteins, sprinting and do all you can to boost test naturally

Hes still a kid, once he developes better facial structure there will be a significant difference

Looks around 15-16 to me. dont see any way his facial structure can improve. Years of imbalance in hormones and too much bodyfat has a toll on the body:blackpill::blackpill::blackpill::blackpill:
