because she wears the most make up around the eye area of all of them which makes her look the most striking.

I saw a girl like her the other day, wanted to approach her but when I was done with shopping I saw her smoking and it killed my attraction.

same thing happened to me when I dyed my eyebrows, the combination of dark hair surrounding light eyes make it pop, even when it doesn't when the hair surrounding it is light.

I imagine the dark make up has the same effect.
