they certainly attract a certain niche demographic of women, but i doubt they have very wide appeal compared to facially attractive people

yes obviously the sexual market is like any other market. supply and demand is law. bodybuilders like that make up less than 1% of the population and every millennial/zoomer hole wants to get dominated by an ogre faced ogre shrek man at least once in their lifetime
