Dont get me wrong they're both fucked but second one has shit ct, horrible fwhr, horrible bigonial, horse faced. First one would be fine with jaw implants, canthoplasty, epicanthoplasty lip width surgery, and a liplift. Second one needs very big jaw implants, canthoplasty, maybe even ccw maxillary rotation to fix his horse face. I think the first guys surgery list is less brutal considering his midface isnt as long
