Seems too low for the second guy. I can agree with 3.5 PSL for the first guy (given his absolutely brutal midface ratio; it's horse-tier). Second guy is at least 4.5 PSL, maybe even higher.

Brutal midface length on the first one. Second one might be ok just cant tell for sure with these pictures but he is definitely higher psl than the first one.
