I'm 14 years old and 165 cm tall.

mtn got potencial go healtmaxx is the best softmaxxing way to improve, hit the gym train neck to more appeal, and eat 1 ingredient food (like meat, liver, milk, eggs, vegetables) no process shit food to healthmaxx and go out and get sun, your 14 so get better sleep the most important to maxx hgh and test, sleep before 11pm to maxx the most natural way possible and try to not eat vegetables with oxalates like spinach because they block calcium absortion and if you still wanna eat it dont do it too much too maxx your bones. do hiit training to maxx hg and test amd idk what more i think this is the most important tips

mtn tiene potencial, ve a healthmaxx es la mejor manera de softmaxxing para mejorar, ve al gimnasio, entrena el cuello para ser más atractivo y come alimentos de 1 ingrediente (como carne, hígado, leche, huevos, verduras) sin alimentos procesados para healthmaxx y sal a tomar sol, tienes 14 años, así que duerme mejor, lo más importante para maximizar la hgh y la prueba, duerme antes de las 11 p.m. para maximizar de la manera más natural posible e intenta no comer verduras con oxalatos como las espinacas porque bloquean la absorción de calcio y si aún quieres comerlo, no lo hagas demasiado para maximizar tus huesos. Haz entrenamiento HIIT para maximizar la hg y la prueba AMD no sé qué más, creo que estos son los consejos más importantes
