i'm bout to start hitting the gym, looked up some stuff on bodybuilding.com and decided to try out the Greyskull LP, i'd ask over there but those guys are rancid. gimme some tips, i can only work out twice a weak due to job schedule, been doing some bodyweight training for a bit and can do some chinups for the first time in my life (was a scrawny little fuck)If any one wants serious training advice pm me ill help you out.
also how's the roids working? any side effects? how the hell did you even find em? honestly i'm thinking of keeping it natural cause that shit scares me, i don't want my balls to shrivel or die of a heart attack. if you don't wanna talk about any o that in the open PM me since i can't start one
