Good result but I don’t think any other surgical plan for jaw surgery would make him actually attractive

I had surgery with Dr Gunson and am very pleased with my results. I’m more attractive. He did pretty large movements. Over 15mm at pogonion

If you look at solely his mandible, the aesthetic result is commendable

Something about the upper-midface still feels "off" which is preventing a harmonious appearance.

I'd like to canvas opinions, what do you think is still wrong here? The eyes are a bit cucked. I'm also not a fan of his new cheekbone prominence either, it reads as overly rounded and, to my eye, somewhat feminizing. That’s why I remain skeptical of the HA-implant approach Gunson is always banging on about. That said, Jaymog reported an excellent outcome earlier this year, so the jury’s still out.

Gunson is unquestionablly among the best in the world and can safely execute some of the biggest movements. But still, a lot of his surgical outcomes tend to land into the "respectable" category - solid serviceable results with modest aesthetic gains. That's no slight against Gunson, I think it just underscores the challenges of consistently ascending someone to HTN+ and probably the limitations of jaw surgery itself

Because he has hyperopia (eyes too close together).

He also has poor under-eye support and round-shaped eyes.

He's also not invisible to women. I don't think people here have a consistent grading system; they either overate or underate.
