I think his nose looks way to feminine now, his eyebrows are overdone, his contacts look uncanny with his skull, and idk if it’s just me but the left side of his jaw looks uneven

I think it's mostly the tall lower third with no hollowing, contacts, eyebrows.
He looks gay, maybe some botox to the frontalis to lower the eyebrows and buccal fat reduction along with better contacts
