Lol it's a concrete cell in a random field.

This house is definitely renovatable. I would replace the concrete cladding with a brick cladding. I would use steel bar frames around the outside to create a "ribcage" which extended above the walls to connect above the house to create a pyramid roof. I would convert the roof space into more rooms.

You're not really building a new house since the interior, foundations, water, plumbing and electric are kept the same.
