Great result and he probably has a much better quality of life now too. Although he should've gotten the surgery when he was younger to really reap the aesthetic benefits.

11mm bsso + 7mm lf1 means he was 4mm overbite

He didn't get CCW or not that much cuz if he did his philtrum wouldn't be this full

Overall it's a good results cuz he improved

But over for his age

I see people with that kind of mouth, especially old people regularly. To be chimpmaxxed it really needs to be to a point where it’s not natural. If he would have had more maxilla advancement that would be the case for sure.
