i think it was a wrong diagnosis, i had a "normal face" but a vertically very short chin, that's why i thought my face was short. my total fwhr before was 1.27 and now it's 1.37 so it went from unideal to the upper end of ideal. so it's not that bad, sure i'm a bit more downgrown but my gonial angle is 122 degrees and mandibular plane 126.5 not ideal but not that bad either

I have sfs overbite and my fwhr is around 1.38x from faceiq.

i had a very very bad chinfold, my chin had 0 vertical height. the genioplasty was perfect, my chinfold is gone but the CW i got was dumb, should have gotten CCW instead

Im not a porfessional but forward ccw would make your occlusal plane straight flat and upturn your nose a bit
