Another result.Not as good as the other one but still a really good result.
I think upper jaw movement in this one was not enough since in the after picture the front teeth are tipped outwards
and the lower teeth also look like they are tipped inwards...
Nevertheless, still a good result...

Perfectly executed. Surgeon did an amazing job. Only thing that could be better is her hyoid could be higher but that’s. But forcing that would probably end up in a worse result at the cost of other more important ratios. 10/10 tho
