He is gaining popularity and got his first film at 21 ..his both father and mum are doctors and i dont know how he suddenly became so popular coz its hard even for a gl guy to make a mark in bollywood .. even to have a good start there if he doesbt have any contacts .he said in an inyerview that while doing engineering he didbt have any money so he cropped his pic from a group pic and sent to the producers of a movie and they liked him and auditioned him ...and he was selected for his debut movie

Tbh none of my female friends know him, they are either watching American movies or korean movies, maybe my middle class friends know about him(I am not sure). But I can guarantee you most don't know about him. Also which movie did he do? Bollywood you need to have connections and money, if you either have one then anyone can become a bollywood actor

Actually bollywood is all about nepotism so if any of ur relatives have a big name or have a contact in bollywood then it will be easy for u to enter ...u dont even need good acting skills ..although after that its all on to u how u makr an impact with the audience coz many actor's kids vanished after their 1st or 2nd film so if you are gl that will be only 5 percent of advantage
