sliiming of the nasal bone
slight upgrafting of the nasal bone to give more projection
super nose tip flattening (side profile nose tip area)
slimming nose tip from the front
removing the down turn of the tip
reducing alar

you see, seeking perfection leads to this
i dont recommend it at this stage

first try to slim the tip with the corticosteroid, this would also improve the side profil (the depuff will also be seen in the side view)

by just slimming the tip you solve many problems:
aligned side profile, more nasal bone projection because nasal bone grows in proportion, less down turn because loss of bulk, maybe also the appearance of the alar moves a little inwards and so on
