That's drew fuller aka Chris from Charmed, I have never seen a guy celeb that looks this good facially, or maybe it's just me. I also think he and somerhalder could be brothers they sort of lookalike however drew looks more beautiful, harmonious. He is a giga Chad in my book I rate him 8 psl
