this is a good clavicle or short clavicle?

im skinny asf 58kg 184 cm but the structure of my body is good or its just over for me?
i mean i have a good structure or mid or its over?
soon ill get on rouds and a big surplus that im already on (3200-3600kcal)

Narrow. Go for a Lean bulk and Framemaxxing. Do not Dirty Bulk . You will end up fat and just be forces to cut for 6 months like I did

dont ever bulk just maingain. u dont need calories to build muscle just have like a tiny surplus maybe 50-100 kcal or else you´ll just get fat

Lowkey shittiest advice you could give to him, he is pretty skinny, if you have bodyfat don't bulk indeed, if you are skinny you can bulk, just don't dirty bulk, and still do some cardio. Don't bulk and do nothing.

Take cold showers. A lot of them. The temperature shock will deposit osteoblasts to your clavicle ends.

his bodyfat percentage isnt even that low nigga he just doesnt have any muscle :lul: why tf would he bulk? all it will do is give him an unideal bodyfat percentage
 
Don't do roids (yet) you're not fully grown yet, these are the years where your test is the highest, which causes muscle to grow faster, it just takes time. Just watch your food, take enough kcal, and workout consistency, within 3 months you already see an huge difference, if you don't know much about gym just look up on tiktok, try find a good split which you can maintain and where you have fun with.

If you don't know any exercises just look them up on tiktok, i've started like that too, and it honestly could give you good advice & good workout routines. Sometimes you need to double check, or check the comments because ofcourse not every exercise is as good as the other.
