I’m currently on 5IU HGH ED + IGF1 LR3 100mcg/5x week. I’m thinking of adding 50mg of Anavar ED too. IGF1 LR3 + Anavar for a total cycle of 6 weeks and planning to keep using HGH for like 6 more months.

Test is important for bones not only because it’s androgenic but also because it aromatizes which is good, your suppressing your own test for something that is less anabolic and less androgenic, add test and it’s good

I didn’t add igf1 lr3 to grow taller, I added igf1 for muscle gains. And it wouldn’t make sense to increase HGH dose, as my IGF1 levels are at 900 already.

Okay explain how high testosterone accelerates growth plate ossification, only possible way is caused by aromatisation which you can overcome with an aromatase inhibitor

IGF1 costs around $30 for a 2 week supply. I don’t really care even if it’s wasted tbh.

I didn’t add igf1 lr3 to grow taller, I added igf1 for muscle gains. And it wouldn’t make sense to increase HGH dose, as my IGF1 levels are at 900 already.

il be making a megathread on height as ive done much research on this but in short ur total igf-1 levels dont matter much. ur local growth plate igf-1 are 99% of the story and for those u should be doing more hgh. muscles shouldnt be a priority when ur height maxxing because it will take away ur height growth as well.

because anavar is supressive to your natural test production, the higher the dosage and duration, the less your testosterone you will have and the more reliant you will be on the var, thats why EVERYONE should run a test base, atleast do TRT dosages as you wont have to use and ai in that case, try 200 mg test per week, and add in calcium D-glucorate as a over the counter weak aromatase inhibitor,
if you want to come off you will have to pin 5000 ius of hcg (split that dose over the time) in a weeks after the last test injection for 2 weeks, followed by atleast 10 mg of nolvadex and optional 12.5 mg of enclomaphine everyday for atleast as long as you where on.

if you dont want to take test, you can also just run 250 IUs of HCG every week during the cycle as this also works as TRT and might keep other bodily steroids and neurosteroids up (DHEA) and also make you proof against sides from 5alpha reductase inhibitors, the hcg cycle will need the same pct of nolvadex and enclo

if you really really want AAS, but no suppression, run short cycles of low dose Halotestin as its low/none supressive of your natural hormone production

Ye ye ya’ll were right, test doesn’t directly cause growth plate closure. Anavar is also stupid without test base. I have test e vials sitting around in my closet, but not sure if I’m gonna use them yet.

This is technically true but really not even worth mentioning because how estrogen dependent growth plates are. Men with zero aromatase (the enzyme that converts Test into Estrogen) have growth plates that are open late into their 20s.
