breakfast
2bananas 100 g parmesan cheese, 2 jars of yogurt , some honey sometimes salmon

lunch meat (about 350 g) olive oil or butter

dinner meat , olive oil or butter 4 carrot 4 eggs and some honey

Shit diet not enough fiber, sodium in parm will bloat you. Drop meat per meal and cut cheese in half. Save the bananas till after the gym eating breakfast is retarded
