I've see it before..I was gonna post that it'really good.
- Good eyebrows : Straight and thick
- Hooded with no UEe, but I suspect an angle Fraud here...but even a small exposure would not hurt you
- Eye color is also really good, suits your skin tone and hair
- Palpebral fissure lengh, eyes distance, inner and outer canthus...all good
==> The only issue you have is the lower eyelid retraction and the scleral show.
==> The lower eyelid should covers 1 mm of the iris, which is not your case..
I would rate your eyes 8/10

Thank you for pointing out the science behind it and yes there is a slight angle fraud here. Would correcting my recessed maxilla push the eyelids to correct the scleral show, or would surgery on the eyelid be recommended to correct the issue?

Eyes aesthetics is such a complex combination of multiple factors..
As a matter of fact, rating eyes in an isolated snapshot like yours is not effective..
Imo, these are the things to look when rating eyes :
- Deep set, hooded eyes..always win for men(females can get away with UEE)
- PCT or Neutral
- Interpupil distance (IPD) that is within the right range.
- Eyes need to be vertically narrow and horizontally long.
- Protruding brow ridge( related to the hooded aspect)
- Good lower eyes support, which mean globally a good maxilla.
- Good fat distribution above the eyes and all around
- Thick, long and preferably straight eyebrows
- Preferably dark eyes, but eyecolor is the least important feature
I personally think Chris Pratt has some of the best eyes. ones could have....
I don't like the eyes of most MM (except Gandi and Salih..)
He's squinting here because of the light but even when in resting position, they are great..
the aesthetics are not just random or subjective...but have an evolutionary origin related to a higher fighting success probability
A bulgy buggy eyes like mine would get damaged easily...not just during fights but also natural accidents..

Color is hard to judge because of lighting but chances are if you have light eyes the contrast will give a halo, and yes the limbal ring is very good but it's a minor part of the eyes imo

With these eyes its impossible to tell if theyre good, without seeing the rest of the face width. You could keep the vertical image content, but wed need to at least see the zygomas to properly judge. Ideally with ears included.
Seems like eye asymmetry in terms of height. The head seems to be pretty straight, yet the right eye seems lower than left.

Yeah also visible assymetry of the face like OP. your left side of the face is lower than the right side, most likely due to weaker muscles in your left side. Your mouth is lower on the left side, left eye is lower than right eye, left ear is lower than right year.
Make these excercises:
Look on YT for "fix face asymmetry".

Theese exercises only work as prevention: if you do them as a kid, you will probably have a good facial symmetry, however it's not possible to change facial bones in adulthood with basic exercises
The only thing I can do is going on doing exercises to improve my scoliosis: spine joints can still improve, but facial bones not
