hes a LLTN, incredibly recessed maxilla so mono and his eyes are uneven levels with negative canthal titlt, his face is assymetrical and his skin is bad, his eyebrows are his set although his jaw is fairly sharp, or it might jst be the facial hair idk, i recommend cat eye surgery, mono, skincare routine or jst accutane if he wanna speedmax, clean shave and having eyebrows redone, wont fix the assymetry but u cant have everything so prolly could make it into MMTN after that and live a relativel normal life, (the nose looks bad but its likely jst due to the lack of maxilla so if its fixed it should be fine)
