I do think it’s achievable. Will definitely need masseter botox, as you said. There are other things I’d suggest doing though

but im not getting a 20k+ euros surgery with over a 25% complication rate and a recovery of who knows how long
and because i cant/wont act on the ipd then i will attempt to act on the other part of the esr which bizygo width
cheekbone reduction is much less invasive and a lot safer and cheaper than an OBO, although i do agree it's less effective

+ i think u can agree my zygos are pretty wide and i think theres def room for some shaving

im pretty sure u can make it longer but on the edited version its an artefact i didnt intend to make it longer, also i think its mainly slimmer than longer since the smile is smaller in the edited pic and smiles widen ur nose

u were talking to someone else not the op but yeah i only edited to see what i could potentially achieve via botox and some other small stuff

you cant make it longer or shorter as i know , what did you used to edit dont use things like midface when you are using a editing app it affects all the things in midface it maynot be realistic

i might be crazy but i believe there is a certain type of open rhinoplasty which movesur cartilage and can make the nose a little longer although im sure the effects are minimal, i can research more on this but i sweard ive heard of something like that before

for the pic i just asked a generative ai to make my face artificially slimmer by simulating botox and contouring
