With that skull shape, having such short hair doesnt do you any good. Your hairline is very rounded and narrow, looks feminine ngl.

One way to fix it would be hair extractions in the hairline area, but it seems that with long hair its not that noticeable. Never have your hair this short, the skull shape is not ideal for buzzcut and your hairline is not very masc looking too.
