Imo she looked better before. Her mandible looks slightly too long now and as mentioned above, her og curve was looksminned. She literally didnt need the surgery.

She got a longer Philtrum as well and her nose is more upturned, which are not ideal changes:

she got too much CCW rotation.

Obviously, her maxilla was rather retruded in the before picture, but it was really only visible in 3/4 view, from the front and side profile she looked fine.

Now she has no more OGee curve, longer Philtrum and too upturned nose. The positives dont outweigh the negatives in her case. She looked better before imho.
