You just cant augment the jaw without fixing the mouth position first. Guarantee it looks unnatural and 'off' irl, because the jaw length and shape doesn't match the mouth position and angle.

Double jaw surgery gets recommended too much on this website for people who often have well positioned mouths, but in cases like this where the mouth is clearly out of position and angle, double jaw surgery should be the first thing on his Looksmaxxing list.
