I think this shows that it really depends on the falio you have. if you have a really hard to fix falio like IPD or ESR, then it's harder to ascend. if your falio is easier to fix then you can probably jump 1-3 points

her midface ratio increased, try measuring it. she didn't just have a CCW, she also had an impaction where they cut off a part of the premaxilla and they move it up. impactions generally can improve midface ratios

mhm, big big movements that doesnt make her look retarded, her post looks like my pre, i suffer from a downgrown look nearly everywhere besides a normal tilting position, im guessing she does too, forward growth is probably the best ascension you can have

in this case her mid face ratio wasn't that bad before. it's just that she a really downgrown mandible. i measured the pre operation midface ratio. i got 1.0, and the post was 1.1 . it did make her midface ratio more compact, by a bit.
