Also had rhino I'm guessing and fixed his acne. But ignoring that, how much did the wraparound ascend him?

His whole face changed, much better. Chadlite+ easy

From the guy getting swirlies, to the guy giving it

Ascended hard with the implants, but everything else also played a significant part in it tbh. As you said he cleared up his skin, but the hair at the temples also changed marginally (I guess it's just the fringe creating this impression) and the lightning is much better as well (eyes and lips are brighter, he has a much healthier complexion, etc).
