Looks way too young to be 15 which is cooked, hopefully puberty saves him and brings him up to LMTN but rn hes in the MLTN levels, cant rlly recommend anything since he looks too young but id say his face is assymetrical, bad hair, bloated and narrow lower third, fix by getting better haircut, being more hydrated and better diet with less goyslop and a controlled level of sugar and salt, workout to leanmax too and thats all to say for now
