htn means top 15% or 1 in 7 basically
i rate guys internationally, meaning that i compared them to the most ideal and attractive race(white) so he is htn max compared to white guys. but he is chadlite in ethnic land your are right
a guy could be chadlite in china but below average in norway for example.
