tbh i think he looks bad with lightbulb head neurocranium dominant cuck skull and pencil neck. in prehistoric times i would have cracked his neck with one hand. but to answer your question, no, this guy still has an above average lower third, might not have the size but it's well shaped and defined. his eye area isn't even better than his lower third. on the other hand, you see guys like samdezz who have straight up below average eye shapes, nct, thin eyebrows but still slayers due to strong jaws. this black guy is in the above average category of both eye area and lower third but is not as handsome as samdezz who has a way worse eye area but a way better lowerthird. this is because the jaw is the "base" of the face, it's more noticeable since it's the only part of the face that "disconnects" and moves with a joint action (opening/closing when you talk), it connects your head to your body so it's a better signal of overall posture and health, and it's used for far more important things such as eating and drinking water
